Heh heh, don't forget Solar Jetman and Destiny of an Emporer Tongue. I never played Space Harrier on the Genesis, but I loved playing it in the arcade. How bad does the Genny version compare? Gain Ground was ooooooooooooookay, but tastes were less discriminating back then. I'm sure if I ended up playing it these days, I'd be right there with you.  I never played A Boy and his Blob either...what made that one so bad aside from the jellybean thing? Everyone longingly remembers that one too for some odd reason.

As far as the others, they've been added to my master list of games to do Wink.

While inducting the original MK would totally make me a martyr, I think you'll be pleasantly suprised by this week's update Smiley. It should be up by the end of the day.

Haven't you beaten that game yet??

First, I love the idea of this site, hopefully it'll thrive.  Cheesy

Second, I'd love to see more early 90's homebrew games get reviewed. So many fond (and sickeningly bad) memories... Perhaps such "gems" as Outlaw97, Aldo's Adventures... the bad indie game list is endless.

Thanks a lot for stopping by ShaggE, I'm hoping this little site will thrive too Wink.

I have made somewhat of an unwritten rule not to include indie games in the list, but after posting Gore Galore, I've gone back on that promise a bit. You're right though, a lot of those homebrew games from the early 90's are pretty bad. I haven't played the ones you've mentioned, but I have taken the old Bloodlust Software games into consideraton, like Punishers or even the original Noggin Knockers which I totally put into their own "so bad, they're good" category.

Now I've gotta track your suggestions down and give them a try! Thanks a lot Wink.

Nifty! You may have a tough time finding Outlaw97, but I'm sure someone has it stashed on their site.

I was actually going to recommend Bloodlust's games, but the inclusion of midgets in their titles boost them from bad to wonderful Tongue

HAHAHA...the midget revolution will begin...shortly. Great stuff.

Alright man, I got a hold of Outlaw 97...you're totally right about that one being bad. I need to find a fatality list ASAP...if the game is any indication, the fatalities are sure to be pure gold!

Not a problem man, it looks like they come down to nothing more than hitting a direction and shooting  Roll Eyes. I thought Tattoo Assassins had some lame fatalities....but damn!

I heard that Doshin The Giant (GCN) was pretty bad, how about a review of that?
