Here's a bit of info that made my freakin day. For a while now Capcom has had a countdown on their website which culminated today for a new teaser for Street Fighter IV.

You can see the trailer here.

The trailer shows a very unique art style...almost like SF III meets Okami. Which means it's just plain AWESOME. All I can say is it's about damn time.

Ehh... never really got into Street Fighter. Or fighting games in particular. Still though, great fan service.

Yeah, I'm really hoping Capcom doesn't screw this one up. I liked Street Fighter 3 well enough...but those character designs...WHEW.

I'm hoping they keep a few of the old characters from the main and Alpha games and introduce a slew of new, likeable characters as well. Then again, I'm afraid we'll get another Oro, Twelve, or god forbid another D. Dark.

Aren't Capcom remaking SF3 with HD graphics? I wouldn't mind seeing something similar done to Mortal Kombat Trilogy.

They're doing SF II with HD graphics...which makes me feel like a complete tool for getting SF II Turbo off of XBLA in the first place  Cry

Ouch. I'm guessing it was one of those "downloads title, finds out 10 minutes later a better version is being remade" situations? God, I hate it when that happens.
